A: By keeping our overheads low we are now able to pass on a large percentage of the savings and offer you some of the best deals around. We can arrange demonstrations of certain products, and welcome personal callers (by appointment) to view & collect orders if required - So we have nothing to hide!
Q: Do you offer finance facilities?
A: In a word - NO!. If you want "buy now pay later" or finance facilities then you will need to find a local high street dealer and pay full retail prices! - believe it or not, even 0% finance deals have been factored into some prices in order to cover expenses!. Credit checks and retail insurance do not come cheap, and it would be impossible for us to maintain our discount price structure and offer finance facilities. Therefore we do not plan to offer finance at anytime in the future.
Q: How Can I contact you?
A: The easiest and fastest way of contacting us is by filling in our enquiry form, or sending us an email. We check our emails every hour and this includes Evenings and Weekends!!. All emails / enquiries are answered personally within 6 hours of receipt - most receive a reply within the hour. You can contact us right up until 11PM, seven days a week. There are no 6PM or Sunday deadlines with us!.

Deliveries of multiple items charged at cost - upto a maximum of £25 (£35 complete packages).
Items are delivered using a carrier, which requires a signature upon delivery. Carrier deliveries are made on working days between 9AM and 5.30PM. Unfortunately it is impossible to state a time for delivery unless you request a PREMIUM delivery service. This is charged at an additional fee. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be left, informing you of an attempted delivery. We recommend that you arrange for delivery to a work address, or alternative address if this is likely.
Some local deliveries, or larger orders may be delivered Free of Charge by our own transport, depending on the total order value and distance - please ask for details!. Of course you are also welcome to collect your order in person, by appointment.
All products are brand new & boxed and carry a full "return to base" manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months. Any product bought from us and found to be faulty within the warranty period, should be returned to us at the customers expense with a description of the fault for repair / replacement. Exceptions to Warranty Claims include goods that have been damaged by misuse, modifications, drink spillage etc. Lamps, Styli, Faders, Crossfaders and other consumables are NOT covered by any warranty. We only sell and recommend professional D.J equipment, however, any "Domestic" Hi-Fi product supplied at a customers request will not carry any warranty if the product has been subject to a professional level of use.
Due to the specialised nature of Sound & Lighting equipment, please ensure that you know exactly what you are purchasing, and that it is suitable for your requirements. We are happy to offer advice on any purchase. Refunds are only given at the discretion of the Management, or if a product has arrived faulty or in error.
PEACE OF MIND
We are all a little cautious of buying goods from internet sites, For this reason, we can arrange for you to collect your order from the above address if required. Simply pay a small deposit (around 10% of your total order value) and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to call. Then simply pay the balance by Cash or Credit / Debit Card when you collect your goods.
